SchedRequest Terms of Service

Effective date: May 15, 2026

SchedRequest is a request-first scheduling service developed by Startup Ignition. By using SchedRequest, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

SchedRequest helps organizations receive meeting requests, evaluate availability, route requests internally, and confirm meetings. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for ensuring that your organization’s users are authorized to use the service.

Accounts and organization access

Organization owners and administrators control member invitations, roles, request pages, scheduling rules, and calendar connections. You must protect your account access and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Google Calendar connections

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize SchedRequest to use the requested Google Calendar permissions to provide scheduling functionality, including checking availability and creating calendar events after confirmation. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions.

Acceptable use

You may not use SchedRequest to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, access data without authorization, or send abusive, deceptive, or unwanted content.

Third-party services

SchedRequest may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranty

SchedRequest is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startup Ignition and SchedRequest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SchedRequest after an update means you accept the updated terms.
